Breakfast at the hotel. Seafood Theater program, which will end up in Henningsvær were dinner will be served in Henningsvaer Brygge Hotel. Let us give you a warm welcome to a most unusual theatrical experience. The Lofoten Seafood Theatre. The plot revolves around open-sea fishing, transport to land, the preparation of the catch and the final gourmet extravaganza. Everything is staged to be as authentic and “real” as possible. You, as our guest, are to play the lead role! The performance is set to Henningsvær the most famous fishing village in Norway. These days the fishing boats no longer row out to sea, but many things are still as they always have been.

The stories and fables are as juicy as the tarred beams in the old dock. Just as spectacular is the scenery, with its sheer mountain drops protecting the Vestfjordenand its fishing banks. You can look forward to an exciting and a very unusual gala performance!

The time has come to enjoy the catch of the day. After eventful hours at sea and the processing plant, our hosts are ready to take us in.
Their highly profiled chefs serve us a 5-course menu prepared from the catch of the day -which you yourself have caught. The atmosphere is warm and friendly bubbling over with northern Norwegian informality. Excellent wine cellar comes in handy -but you might be asked to help in the kitchen!
